Adhestick has been applying ESG principals long before the ESG acronym became a household term.

As a company that consistently generates new solutions and products, we made it an integral part of our development process to evaluate the environmental profile of each such development striving to consistently improve longevity, reduced size and weight and make recycling easier. We also invest in finding biobased raw materials that could be integrated into our products.

For us the Social and Governance parts of ESG are not less important than the Environmental. We run a “flat corporate structure” making sure to maintain a diverse, open and safe workplace for all our employees. Maintaining such a corporate culture supports a constant flow of information and ideas leading to continued buildup of knowledge, improvements and stakeholders’ satisfaction.

We are committed to constant improvement in all our activities. ESG goals are therefore forever changing without a finish line but with a constant trend of improvement.
